Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Here is exactly what to expect if you need to modify or cancel a reservation.
Effective date: January 1, 2025
Standard Ride Cancellations
Applies to: Airport Transfer, Point-to-Point, Hourly As Directed, and SF Bay Area City Tour bookings.
90% refund issued
10% is retained as a processing fee. Refund issued within 3–5 business days.
50% refund issued
Cancellation must be received before the driver has departed for your location.
Non-refundable
The vehicle and chauffeur are committed. No refund applies.
Non-refundable
Once the driver has departed en route to your pickup, the full fare applies.
Non-refundable
Bookings made and cancelled within a 5-hour window are non-refundable.
Sprinter Van & Mini Coach
Larger vehicle reservations require additional notice due to the dedicated planning and scheduling involved.

Refund issued within 3–5 business days.
Non-refundable
No refund for last-minute cancellations on large-vehicle reservations.
Hourly As Directed
Minimum Booking: 3 Hours
All Hourly As Directed reservations require a minimum of 3 consecutive hours. The full reserved time is charged — no adjustment is made if your trip ends early.
Cancellations follow the same standard ride tiers above (48+ hours / same-day / within 24 hours). Overtime beyond the reserved window is billed in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate.
Airport Arrivals & Wait Time
Flight Tracking
We monitor all inbound flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur adjusts automatically — you are never charged for waiting due to a flight delay.
Complimentary Grace Period
Grace periods begin from the actual landing time. After the complimentary window, additional wait time is billed at the applicable hourly rate.
No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when we cannot reach the passenger and they do not appear within the complimentary grace window. No-shows are non-refundable.

How to Cancel or Modify
Contact us as early as possible using any of the following. Cancellation time is calculated from when Blue Sky Limo confirms receipt — not when the request is sent.
