Terms of Service
By booking with Blue Sky Limo or entering one of our vehicles, you agree to these terms. They are designed to protect both you and us.

Agreement to Terms
By using our website, submitting a booking, or riding in a Blue Sky Limo vehicle, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Cancellation Policy. These terms apply to all passengers — whether the reservation was made directly or through a third party.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
Booking & Payment
Reservations
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or pre-authorization. You will receive a confirmation by email or SMS. Reservations can be made up to one month in advance. Please review your confirmation and notify us immediately of any errors.
Pricing
Quoted fares are based on the information provided at booking. Changes to pickup location, destination, stops, or number of passengers may affect the final fare. Rates are based on vehicle type, distance, and time. Tolls and parking fees may apply and will be communicated before the trip.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards. Corporate accounts with invoicing are available upon request.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the base fare. It may be added at booking or given directly to your chauffeur. Our team provides a professional standard of service — gratuity is appreciated and at your discretion.
Modifications
Changes to date, time, location, or vehicle are subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible. Modifications made within 24 hours of pickup are subject to our Cancellation Policy terms.
Quotes & Estimates
Any quote provided is an estimate only. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, travel outside standard service areas, fuel surcharges, tolls, parking, and credit card processing fees. Quotes are not finalized until written confirmation is received and a valid form of payment is on file.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed against Blue Sky Limo with your bank or credit card issuer, an $80 chargeback fee will be assessed in addition to any other applicable charges. The chargeback fee must be paid in full to reactivate future service.
Filing a chargeback in violation of this Agreement may result in immediate termination of service and pursuit of any unpaid balance through legal action. We strongly encourage you to contact us first at (415) 936-5676 — disputes are almost always resolved faster directly.
Identification
A valid, government-issued photo ID must be on file at booking or presented to your chauffeur at pickup. This is required to ensure the safety and security of all passengers.
Vehicle Policies
No Smoking
All vehicles are 100% smoke-free. Smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco or cannabis product inside our vehicles is strictly prohibited.
No Food or Alcohol
Food and alcohol are not permitted inside our vehicles. This policy exists to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort for every passenger.
Prohibited Items
- →Glitter, confetti, silly string, or similar loose materials
- →Firearms, weapons, or illegal substances
- →Any item that risks damage to the vehicle interior
Cleaning & Damage Fees
Passengers are responsible for any damage or excessive mess caused during their ride. The following fees may be charged to the card on file:
Passenger Conduct
All passengers are expected to treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. We maintain a professional, safe, and respectful environment in every ride.
Right to Refuse Service
Blue Sky Limo reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for any passenger displaying threatening, abusive, unsafe, or harassing behavior. No refund will be issued when service is terminated due to passenger conduct.
Vehicle Capacity & Child Seats
Vehicles may not be loaded beyond their rated passenger capacity. All passengers must be seated with seat belts fastened during the ride.
Child and booster seats are available upon advance request at booking. California law requires appropriate child restraints for children under 8 years old or under 4'9" in height. Passengers are responsible for correctly installing and securing child seats.
Hourly Service
Hourly As Directed bookings require a minimum of 3 hours. The full reserved time is charged regardless of whether the trip ends early — chauffeurs are paid for the full dispatched window. Overtime is billed in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate.
Example: A booking from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (8 hours) is fully billable even if the trip ends at 2:00 PM. If the trip extends past 4:00 PM, overtime is billed at the booked hourly rate.
Point-to-Point Service
Blue Sky Limo offers flat-rate pricing on standardized routes between most major Bay Area cities and airports. The following rules apply to flat-rate bookings:
Wait time is the duration between the scheduled pickup and the passenger entering the reserved vehicle. Billing for wait time begins at the scheduled time, not at vehicle arrival.
Airport Service
Complimentary Wait Time
Grace periods begin from the actual landing time. If wait time exceeds the complimentary window, the trip is billed at the prevailing hourly rate for the overage.
Meet & Greet (Optional)
Inside-terminal meet & greet with named sign + luggage assistance
Your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a personalized name sign and assists with luggage to the vehicle.
Curbside Pickup (Standard)
For standard curbside pickup, call us at (415) 936-5676 after collecting your luggage and your driver will pick you up within five minutes.
Additional Requests & Fees
Any request beyond the original transportation agreement may incur additional charges. This includes — but is not limited to — unplanned stops, extended wait times, route or distance deviations, and convenience items (water, comfort items, travel accessories).
All add-ons are subject to availability and must be approved by Blue Sky Limo based on operational capacity. Additional charges will be added to the final invoice and must be settled in full at or before the time of service.
Lost or Left Items
Blue Sky Limo is not responsible for items lost or left in vehicles. If you believe you left something behind, contact us immediately at (415) 936-5676. If found, we will arrange return at your expense.
Service Delays & Force Majeure
We track all flights in real time and take punctuality seriously. However, Blue Sky Limo is not liable for delays caused by severe weather, traffic incidents, road closures, civil disturbances, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will notify you as early as possible and do our best to arrange alternatives.
Limitation of Liability
Blue Sky Limo's total liability for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the total fare paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including missed flights, meetings, or events.
All vehicles are fully licensed, insured, and operated by professional chauffeurs in compliance with California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) regulations.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
Safety For All
Blue Sky Limo values diversity, inclusivity, and the equal treatment of every passenger and team member. We strive to provide a respectful, professional, and welcoming environment on every ride.
To uphold the safety and dignity of our passengers and chauffeurs, Blue Sky Limo reserves the right to refuse or terminate service in the following circumstances:
Discrimination
We do not tolerate any form of discrimination based on race, color, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Any request that promotes or enables discrimination will be refused.
Harassment or Abusive Behavior
Passengers who engage in harassment, intimidation, threats, or abusive behavior toward our staff or other passengers will be denied service. Service may be terminated mid-trip in such cases without refund.
Policy Violations
Failure to comply with the policies set out in these Terms — including disruptive behavior, prohibited items, smoking, drug use, or violation of local laws — may result in refusal or termination of service.
Threat to Safety
If there is reasonable belief that providing service to an individual or group may pose a threat to the safety or security of our chauffeurs, vehicles, other passengers, or our establishment, Blue Sky Limo reserves the right to refuse service. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis with careful consideration.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Blue Sky Limo and the Client. They supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
Amendments
Blue Sky Limo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted to this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after the revised effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Acknowledgment
By submitting a reservation or riding in a Blue Sky Limo vehicle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
